How to Accessing Your Email via Webmail in cPanel
This tutorial helps you easily access your business emails directly through your browser—no additional software needed.
Step 1: Access the Webmail Login Page
- Open your browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- Enter the following URL in the address bar:
Note: If your browser displays a security warning, click on “Advanced” and then “Proceed” or “Continue Anyway.”
Step 2: Enter Your Email Credentials
On the login screen, enter the following:
- Email Address: e.g. info@domain.com
- Password: the password provided by your admin or support team
Then click the Login button.

Step 3: Choose a Webmail Interface
After logging in, you’ll be asked to select a Webmail application.
We recommend: Roundcube
It’s fast, modern, and user-friendly for most users.
You can tick “Open my inbox when I log in” to avoid this prompt in the future.

Step 4: Using Roundcube to Manage Your Email
Once inside Roundcube, you can perform all standard email actions:
Description | Feature |
---|---|
View incoming emails | 📥 Inbox |
Send new emails | ✉️ Compose |
Respond to or forward messages | 🔁 Reply / Forward |
Manage deleted emails | 🗑️ Trash |
Configure your account, signature, filters, etc. | ⚙️ Settings |

Step 5: Set Up an Email Signature
To automatically add a signature to all your outgoing emails:
- Go to Settings
- Click Identities on the left sidebar
- Select your email account
- In the Signature field, write your signature
- Click Save
Example:
Best regards,
Olivia Miller
Sales Manager – Your Company Name

Step 6: Enable Auto-Responder (Vacation Reply)
If you’re unavailable, you can set up an auto-reply message. (This option is often managed via cPanel rather than Webmail.)
If you have access to cPanel:
- Log in to your cPanel
- Click on Autoresponders
- Select the appropriate email and create a message
Example:
Hello,
I will be out of the office from May 10 to May 17. During this time, responses may be delayed.
Best regards,
